I got a little behind last week due to illness, and all my illustrators had life intrusions that derailed Inktober. But, I’m going to continue creating writing prompts. I’ll post new prompts on Sunday’s and Wednesday’s, and would love to hear what everyone writes with them! Today’s prompt is: The old grandfather clock never kept...
Whenever I hear the word precious, I always think of Gollum, so I had to go a slightly different direction. A little bit of Sci-Fi, maybe? “We only require precious metals, nothing more,” assured the Homdu Prime Amassador. We didn’t understand how bad the translation was until the harvesting started. Illustrations to come later….
Inkober’s Day 6 word is drooling. So have a writing prompt worthy of the day. I’ve never see such a drooling mess until I watched my cousin’s St. Bernard last weekend. I’ll post illustrations when I get them.
Today’s word is Spell. I’ve come up with an interesting writing prompt: I’ll always remember her last words, “Come sit with me a spell, child. There’s things you need to know.” And the next illustration by Ruby Drake – are we under her spell, or she under ours?
Today’s term is Tranquil. From Ruby Drake,
Many illustrators worldwide participate in the Inktober drawing challenge. Since I work with several illustrators, I will post any drawings they do with the prompt for the day. Inktober Day 1: Poisonous #Inktober2018 #Inktober #CDPublishingIllustrator
